We recently renovated our kitchen we wanted a particular kitchen faucet. We were so glad to have found QualityBath.com. I checked reviews about this site before utilizing Qualitybath and they exceeded my expectations. The faucet we wanted was about $200 cheaper then others but the expected delivery date was going to be late. I called customer service and Josh was unbelievably helpful. He called his distributor to confirm that the faucet would be late. When I told him my timeline, he took it upon himself to call another distributor to check stock. After the order was confirmed, he even went the extra step to check that it was shipped on time. While prices can vary among websites, it is customer service and caring for a customer even for a single item that sets QualityBath.com apart. Thank you Josh and Qualitybath.com. Love the new Blanco Grace faucet in our new kitchen.

I purchased a Fairway Smithfield vanity from quality bath on January 22 2014. I was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. It was being shipped from California. Much to my surprise I received the vanity on February 4 2015. The vanity came in perfect condition. The trucker helped me inspect the items before he left. The price was $400 cheaper than any of the other sites I shopped. Overall, I highly recommend Quality Bath.

Prior to placing my order I had questions regarding the product and delivery. The representative was very thorough in researching my questions and promptly responding. I was given the representative's direct email which was very useful. The price was excellent. Delivery was as promised. I would definitely use this company again and I recommend it to all.

I ordered the shower door after being told about quality bath by our contractor that was installing our new shower. My wife and I shopped thier website and found the door we liked, I called and ordered the door and it was delivered in just a few days. We are very happy with it.
