Purchased a sink on a Sunday before having designer's approval. A call to Quality Bath's customer service first thing Monday morning, we were able to change to another sink with minimal effort. We were also very impressed with how well the the sink was packed for shipping.

Mr. jack Swain was very helpful in making sure I had the correct faucet and finish. He even had me send pictures to confirm we had made the correct choices which was a great idea! I would certainly use qualitybath.com and his help if needed in the future.

The pricing was way cheaper than Homedepot or Lowes even with the shipping cost. Shipping was actually pretty fast considering how big the item was. I'm very please with the service and would shop again soon.

I bought the Ceramic Farm Sink. It's a commodity item, could have bought 10 different places. Quality Bath had the best price, all-in. Delivery was typical FedEx. And Packaging for this large, heavy, and breakable item was fantastic, double boxed with expanding foam in-between. Only someone who is serious about what they are doing would do this. I would recommend this vendor.

We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted to purchase a large farmhouse sink. Quality Bath not only had the best selection, they also offer free shipping. Our sink was quickly delivered and was in perfect condition. This was the easiest purchase we made and a beautiful addition to our kitchen.

Quality product, but be careful of the installation directions, as the Measurement instructions for cutting the top rail Were off. Put it together on the floor and think it through before cutting. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

Hi! We ordered all our Jaclo products from Quality Bath for our Shower (regular shower head, ceiling mounted rainfall shower head, sliding grab bar, hand held, and hose and accompanying hardware). All items were great but the hand held and hose leaked. Quality Bath worked with us and Jaclo. Currently, the handheld and hoses (we had ordered second) were returned and a refund was promptly provided. We have such faith in Quality Bath (and Jaclo) that we ordered the same items again. We should receive them today. We had been told it could take 4-5 weeks, but in the end it was less than two weeks. Everyone at Quality Bath was courteous and helpful, but in particular a woman named Shifra (misspelled?) was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Quality Bath. I will also mention that their pricing is very competitive. Overall, it has been a great experience.
