Naomi helped me and I cant say enough good things about her. I placed my order in increments and she was patient with me the entire way through. She was ALWAYS pleasant on the phone and ALWAYS returned my phone call within a few hours time. I would absolutely shop at Quality Bath again. I thought the prices were better than anywhere else I looked, except for some product lines such as Kohler, which I did find less expensive elsewhere, but not by much.

I actually saw a YouTube video of this product and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's bathroom. I was able to order online and was given a 15% discount with free shipping, which was huge considering the weight and distance that the product needed to travel. Shipping was fast and everything arrived as advertised with no breakage, a concern when shipping a glass shower enclosure. Assembly instructions were easy to understand and only had one problem which customer service provide a solution immediately. We are very happy with the entire process from order to installation and we have received many complements the glass shower/tub enclosure already. Very satisfied with this product and customer service!

Sara, Dov and Mimi were all very professional and thorough with your phone skills, knowledge of the products you sell and genuinely cared about helping me with my decisions and purchasing process that took place over several days. I was impressed at how you all handled it. Its great to know that customer service and helping people in general has not been lost at every company. I run a real estate company with 60 people and try and instill this in everyone who works here. As you know in today's fast paced world we run across people doing jobs they don't enjoy and it comes across in their work. That is not the case with you guys. I did quite a bit of shopping for our new 36 inch bathroom vanity both in stores and on-line and was very pleased that I chose and went with Quality Bath for my purchase. The customer service representative (Jack) that I dealt with was very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. I spoke with Jack a couple of times before making my decision. Jack gave me pricing on a couple different vanities that we were considering before choosing the Madelli. Jack followed up immediately via email with his best pricing and how long delivery would take. Quality Bath had the best pricing that I could find on the one we choose and hard to beat getting free delivery and being from California paying no tax! I ordered our vanity on November 12th and it was delivered to the house on November 18th. Excellent! Being a bit leary at first buying online, I was overall very satisfied and would highly recommend this reputable company.

I bought my bathtub from QualityBath, which I was nervous about because it was such a big purchase and I was not able to see it in person. QualityBath offered the best price by far, so I decided to go for it. The tub, a Sydney by Hydro Systems, is gorgeous! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. However, I accidentally ordered the wrong trim for the tub. They facilitated a speedy exchange, and now my tub is fully installed and looks great. Overall it was a really positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

Great prices on products I ordered. Were delivered within 28 hours of my order! Had to return some items, but it was all very simple. Nice people on the phone and good follow through in the emails.

My first time ordering from Qualitybath.com. I purchased a Saniflo Plus toilet pump to replace the 12 year old unit that stopped working for my rental. I think it would've lasted longer if the current renters took better care in using it. The unit arrived with free shipping within 2 business days FedEx! I also used QualityBath's online discount code for $50 off...WOW! It was the best deal I could find anywhere and no tax outside of NJ was a plus. The Saniflo above ground unit is the easiest and best set up for an additional bathroom for the basement or anywhere in the house. The pump and toilet does come as a kit with all the hardware and simple instructions, you supply the PVC pipes. The Saniflo injection system can go vertical 15' or even further horizontal. I have my 3/4" waste tube going around a corner 90 degrees and then horizontal to my 4" house main with no problems. I built a complete full bathroom (toilet, sink and tub) down in my basement on a concrete floor using the Saniflo Plus without any excavation. I highly recommend the Saniflo system. QualityBath.com, their price and service was great and fast, their website was very easy to navigate too. I would recommend QualityBath.com and I will purchase from them again. John (Pa.)

When I first considered buying a white fire lay farm sink, I started doing my home work. I researched review and different retailers. I was thrilled with Quality Bath. They offered a large selection and excellent prices. My sister bought her sink first, because they renovated their kitchen before we did. She bought the same sink from Quality Bath. She was thrilled with her experience with Quality Bath. Because of her recommendation, we went ahead and ordered the same Rohl Fireclay Fam sink.. Rohl Shaws Sinks Original Fireclay Apron Sink RC3018WH We love it. It was delivered promptly. I would definetly order from Quality Bath again. Thank you.

I ordered two sink grids for my Elkay sinks (also from Quality Bath!). Dov was super helpful and responsive and I received my order less than a week later. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will shop Quality Bath again!
