Quality Bath had the sink I was looking for and it was less expensive than the local options. Would definitely use them again.

My experience with QualityBath.com (QB.com) may be my best customer service ever! I purchased a faucet that I had thoroughly researched and was sure was the right one for our remodel. When it arrived, it didn't function as advertised and wouldn't work in our setting. Given our work schedule, I needed to resolve quickly. I reached a QB.com representative, live, first time, and she never stopped helping me for several days until the issue was resolved. And this was a truly challenging issue because it turned out to be a spec sheet, from the manufacturer, that was incorrect and no one knew. This was through no fault of QB, and it turned out even the manufacturer was unaware. Just a freak error. This could have been a disaster for my remodel (the plumber was coming, and who wants to try to reschedule that??), but it wasn't. The QB.com rep sorted out what was going on, was knowledgeable about the product and alternatives, worked with the manufacturer, and sent me what I needed FAST. At the end of the day I installed the right faucet for our situation and am a happy camper. Simply top notch support from QualityBath.com, which is important when making purchases online.

Received exactly what we ordered, in perfect condition, and within 10 days ordering. The prices on both large pieces we purchased were lower than what we found from other distributors/sellers, and we didn't have to pay extra for freight shipping!

First Franke sink purchased from qualitybath.com was perfect. However it was damaged by contractors and we needed a replacement quick. I phoned on a Thursday at noon and they got the 100 lb replacement shipped that day. For delivery by Fedex on Tursday even with free shipping!! What a great experience!!

It's a beautiful and easy-to-use web site with seemingly exclusively high-quality goods. It's odd that it's "closed" on shabbos, but you can get around this with AdBlock. Customer service is responsive if one needs an item that's not on the site.

I ordered a farm sink from Quality bath about a year ago and saved $600 from the quote that was given to me for the exact same sink from a retailer. It was shipped free and arrived so well protected. I love it. Just recently I decided I wanted the sink grate that goes in the farm sink. It was in stock and delivered immediately. I love it too!!! So happy with this site

I ordered the 33" Blanco farmhouse sink for my new house we are building. I love it!! Quality Bath was the only place I could find this sink at such a great low price!! All other places want $1,000 or more. I did call the customer service line to ask question about size and they were very helpful. Sink arrived in no time at all and was wrapped and protected extremely well!! I will definitely order from them again and already referred a few people to quality bath.

I received my order quicker than i thought and package very good. I purchased two fireclay sinks and they arrived intact not a scratch.

A sales representative was quite accommodating in shipping out our shower system the same day. Our contractor needed to install it that same week and we were not disappointed. We received it timely and we were quite satisfied with the quality of the item. No other vendor except Quality Bath could accommodate our rushed shipping schedule. I also mentioned that I received a discounted coupon, which was not valid and probably put on internet by a scammer, but they did provide me with a discount anyway. Wow. Can't say enough about the customer service. I needed valves ASAP and they sent them lightning fast. Then one came in wrong and they remedied it within the week. Great prices, great products, great service.

I called Josh based on your web site after I searched for the products I was trying to buy. I called Josh and he was excellent. He checked with the supplier before I ordered. I ordered based on availability that Josh checked on. I ordered and the very next day got delivery instructions that they shipment was on its way. Great service!
