Truly, Quality Bath saved me from a remodel design disaster. I had ordered the sink through a local plumbing store and they fell through in SO many ways. My contractor was starting the remodel and needed the sink and the plumbing store called me 1 week after talking with them to arrange pick up that they did not know where my sink was and that it would be ANOTHER 4 weeks before they could get me one. As an interior designer hearing that is an out of body experience. I called Quality Bath and my service provider Jay was super understanding and found me the same sink which was actually less than the plumbing store price and it was delivered right away I'm definitely going to be using Quality Bath again!

It arrived fast. I called several times with questions presale. After sale I called regarding the drain and the grid. People were always available and courteous and patient. I took a risk buying from you not knowing about your company and it was an excellent decision. I have come back and ordered the grid. Will check you out first in the future. Recommend your company

My experience at every level of support with Quality Bath has been unparralled... I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Sarah, Dov, and Avi who were all extremely attentive, courteous, and displayed expertise in their product knowledge and service. I felt like I was the only customer in the world! Unheard of, I was able to add a feature on a Robern medicine cabinet well after I placed the original order, wow, I am a loyal customer for life! I wanted in particular to commend Avi for following up with me and making sure I was completely satisfied in making a selection on a future purchase. I ordered the same shower door twice from another store, and it was broken both times. The shower door from quality bath was cheaper, arrived quickly, and was in perfect condition :)
