I purchased a bathroom vanity faucet to replace my Ikea one because I wanted to add a low-flow aerator and the Ikea ones don't allow this. The faucet I got from Quality Bath is beautiful and reasonably priced and most importantly I now only use .5 gallons per minute instead of 1.5 gallons per minute. Conserving water is so important for me as I live in drought prone and semi-arid Colorado...

Ordered a granite sink by phone. After the sale, my granite installer wanted me to send the sink to him. I immediately called Quality Bath and asked if it was possible to change the ship to address. Within minutes the reorder was complete. Great customer service!

I was able to purchase a product (a disposal strainer) that I had trouble finding anywhere else. I contacted customer service by email to make sure the product was actually in stock and to get an estimate on when it would be shipped before I made the order. The customer service got back to me quickly, I ended up ordering the product, and it was shipped well within the window they gave me. I now have the product and am very pleased. The experience was overall very easy and clear, and I am happy with it.

Ordered two items: White Fireclay 30 inch apron sink. Excellent price and quality. Could not believe how quickly this was shipped. Have received many compliments. Beveled mirror medicine cabinet. Originally stated that it would not be shipped for 3 weeks, but it was shipped sooner. Again great price and quality.

Sink had small chip and small area that was sanded down to probably cover another defect.
