I am very happy to recommend this company. Even though one of the sinks came delivered slightly smaller than the size indicated, the return policy and service was excellent. They immediately shipped out another sink and checked back to make sure I was happy. I would never think of going anyplace else for anything they sell! I was not happy with the shower curtain rods at any of the big box stores. All of the styles were traditional or just not quite right for my bath renovation. After finding Quality Bath.com on line, I was thrilled to see many unique and contemporary styles. I wish I would have discovered their website earlier in my bath renovation project. I am sure I would have purchased more. They have a great selection and great prices. I received my order much quicker than expected and I am very happy with the quality and style of my double shower rod.

I was having trouble finding this an apron front sink, and I started to call the online customer service number to confirm the sink was in stock. When I called quality bath.com customer service, they were so polite and helpful. I had went through a few sites where they told me the item i desired was in stock and a few days later I would receive an email stating the item was again out of stock. So I am thankful that I did not receive that email from quality bath.com and received my sink so quickly! It was literally 5 days shipping. Thank You, qualitybath.com!!!

My sink came in cracked and they took care of it right away. They tried to source it from another supplier which would have been more $ for them just to take care of me.

The sink I purchased had a crack in it. Adina with Customer Support was very helpful and made the return process and getting a new sink delivered easy and quick. It was nice to call Customer Support and get someone to talk to and not just an automated system. I will continue you use Quality Bath.

Called with questions about a Rohl sink. Customer service rep was cordial, competent, answered my questions and took my order. Order went out immediately and was here in a few days, even by truck freight. Great buying experience.

The delivery company used - XPO Logistics - sent a driver that was very inexperienced in delivering large items. He refused to drive onto our road - we live in the mountains, but we have never had any problem with other large trucks driving on our road. We ended up having to pay our neighbor to drive the item purchased (a vanity) 1/8th of a mile because the driver refused to drive that distance to our driveway.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect company, product, customer service, and delivery experience from an internet purchase.
