This experience was excellent, quick service and delivery time.

I have purchased 4 faucets, a towel bar, towel rings and tissue holder for my new home - prices and service were great. I had used Quality Bath for my previous 2 homes, and they have great selection and prices. Will continue to purchase from them and would not hesitate to recommend.

I called to confirm my ordering and in stock availability of the products I needed. The representative was very friendly but gave me some incorrect information about the product (wrong info on the gpm flow of the faucet). The shipment came very fast and without any problems.

I needed to return a product I purchased, because Qualitybath does not have their own stock, it had to go through the company. Waiting to see what the final "restocking fee" will be.

I ordered a pair of sinks which were misrepresented on the manufacturer's website. Your representative helped me return them and then find a pair of sinks that look great. Then there was the issue of the finding the faucets, and finish products, which she helped us with. Naomi was always thoughtful, pleasant and would investigate things and get back to me on a timely basis.

Quality Bath is just that....a quality experience! Their customer service is the best....nice and friendly (Josh and Stephen), very informative (all ques. and emails answered quickly). I would order from them again and again for all my plumbing needs. Looked on the website and all info was there and easily read. I found what I needed and ordered it. A toilet tank alone with no toilet and a 5% discount off the price taboot, yippee ! My tank had to be back ordered (not their fault) apparently a popular model....that was the only glitch, and even with that it only took 2 1/2 weeks to be delivered....and it was around Christmas time no less. Great experience....can't give them enough praise. Don't hesitate.....order whatever you need...you'll be pleased. Thanks again guys!

Everything looked great and arrived very fast.

I feel that the site was deceptive in that I was led to believe I needed a switch when there was one built into the heater. It would cost me more to send it back than it was worth, so I just kept it. Also the heater isn't as warm as I expected.

From the expertise, professionalism and great sense of humor I received when trying to make a decision on a farmhouse sink, my experience with QualityBath.com exceeded my expectations. Received the sink in quick order, the packaging was quite good. The sink is beautiful and seems to be very high quality. Overall very pleased.
