Josh was great to deal with during the ordering process. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we were considering. He was able to answer most of our questions during the call, and found out the additional information we needed for a later call. Delivery was excellent, and the UPS person placed our items (which were very heavy) in the garage for us, rather than at the curb. After install, we had two issues on which we needed help. Janet got back to us immediately, put us in touch with the right person at each manufacturer, and helped us resolve both issues quickly. This was at least as good as any after sale support from a retail store, and better than many of my retail experiences. I would definitely order from QualityBath again, without hesitation.

I ordered the 33 inch Latoscana Reversible Apron Sink. The website was easy to navigate, amazing pictures and reviews were helpful. I received the sink quickly and it was packaged very well- no scrapes, marks, chips or cracks. The sink is amazing and beautiful. It was just installed and went in easily and looks amazing in my kitchen.

I recently purchased both a cabinet vanity with countertop and a pedestal sink for two bathrooms in our new home. With both purchases I was incredibly pleased with the price, shipping, and overall experience that I have had with QualityBath.com. As I am in a first home that needs quite a bit of reno work still, I can honestly say that I will be purchasing from QualityBath.com again in the near future.

The price with the promotion they were running turned out to be the best around. The product shipped right before 30" of snow dropped on the east coast but it still came on time. Overall satisfied with my purchase which by the was was an amba towel warmer, highly recommend it is fantastic.

Service was amazing. The faucet I got - meh, not so much. Its kinda cheap and flimsy but its for resale and I don't wanna bother returning and replacing. Wish I'd paid more attention to reviews.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end - I called to inquire about a brand that you carried, but a specific product by that brand that wast on your site - Jack was able to call the vendor complete my order and ship to a remote location in less than a week! Items were packaged really well too!

The web site is very well formatted. Finding specific products was easy and pricing was very competitive. The farm sink we bought was priced pretty much the same on several sites, but Quality Bath was the only one that had a straightforward system that enabled me to call, speak to a knowledgeable rep who confirmed the sink as in-stock, and patiently answer questions about size requirements and delivery time. The 3-5 business days for delivery was shipped Monday and arrived today, Thursday. Packed in the manufacturer's original heavy cardboard box, and nested in another, larger box, a dense, thick foam was sprayed in all the available space to guarantee a safe arrival. The FedEx driver was kind enough to help unpack and inspect the sink which was in perfect condition. Being able to speak to a live person without having to listen to a recorded menu really put Quality Bath's customer service over the top. I will certainly return for future purchases.
