Your company is fantastic, but there is one thing I'd like to change: there is really no need to close the site for Sabbath: just don't take any orders until Sunday. By making your site completely inaccessible, you prevent customers from checking your inventory or comparing your prices to those of your competitors. Even if your offices are closed on that day, there is no reason why your website should be.

I ordered a barclay tub. The price was about $1,000 less than what i would have paid locally. It was delivered in about a week. The driver carted into the garage and unpacked it and we inspected it. It was in perfect condition. It's absolutely lovely!! I'm in the middle of my bathroom makeover so unfortunately I haven't had it installed yet. But I cant wait. My experience with Quality bath was amazing and I will definitely use this company again.

The Swash 1000 Brondell seat is, without doubt, one of the greatest aids to one who has crippling arthritis. This product is way more effective than any reviewer, even with 5 stars, has been able to describe. The only regret I have is that I did not go to Quality Bath sooner to get the product. If you are hesitating on whether this is for you or not, think about twisting to achieve personal hygiene versus sitting upright and allowing this product to do the job for you. You won't regret this purchase and you will never regret doing business with Quality Bath.

Everything went smooth!

I was looking for a white apron front sink for a reasonable price. I was ecstatic when I found it but I had always ordered from the big do-it-yourself stores so I was a bit hesitant ordering from a site I'd never ordered from. The sink arrived adequately packaged and extremely quick. It's absolutely gorgeous in person too! We will be installing it in the next two weeks and I can't wait. Excellent experience with this company and will gladly order from this company again!

Ordered a apron front sink from Quality Bath. Their price beat other places with similar quality sinks by a couple hundred dollars. Shipping was really fast, received it in three days! Excellent customer service! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Shipped so fast. I couldn't believe it only took one day to receive my sink. I inquired about the template. A few days later I got an UPS envelope which turned out to be the template. Very pleased with the service. Will come back again!

Josh was great to deal with during the ordering process. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we were considering. He was able to answer most of our questions during the call, and found out the additional information we needed for a later call. Delivery was excellent, and the UPS person placed our items (which were very heavy) in the garage for us, rather than at the curb. After install, we had two issues on which we needed help. Janet got back to us immediately, put us in touch with the right person at each manufacturer, and helped us resolve both issues quickly. This was at least as good as any after sale support from a retail store, and better than many of my retail experiences. I would definitely order from QualityBath again, without hesitation.
