My experience with qualitybath.com has been excellent. I ordered my kitchen faucet about a year ago, and we absolutely love it. I love the style of my items and both came without any damages. However, there were no instructions with either of the items I purchased or any documentation of the products. Also descriptions of one of the items was not accurate.

Very easy to find the products you are looking for. I was shopping for items for my kitchen and master bathroom which we are remodeling. Compare Quality Baths prices with your local plumbing showroom, you will be surprised at how much you can save by ordering from Quality Bath. I had a question on one item and called them and and they helped me pick out a sink soap dispenser to match the design my stainless steel faucet. They have many quality products.

Overall my experience was ok. My colleague did try to purchase the same items that I purchased, however your website was not operational at the time, and would not process their credit card. The biggest drawback I have found is related to the product itself. The flush plate panel. It appears that this particular product, #115770 115, is easily broken due to users pressing on the incorrect portion of the flush button (top rather than the bottom) causing the panel to fracture. It is necessary to indicate on the buttons themselves where to push.

This was the first time I had ordered from Quality Bath. I was making some major purchases and was a little leary of ordering them online site unseen. My experience with Quality Bath could not have gone better!!! I had to call to place my order because I had questions making sure I was buying the right things. Customer service was excellent and very friendly while answering all my questions!! I placed my first order and had such a positive experience I placed a second order a couple of days later. Quality Bath ROCKS!!! Googled sink I was hunting & found it at Quality Bath not only free shipping, but wasn't charged tax either!! It was the least expensive too!! Our sink got here within a few days & we're in the process of having it installed. I will most definitely recommend your company to friends & family for sure!!
