I have been researching bath and kitchen products because we are building a new home. I found QualityBath's prices to be much better than other internet and physical store sites and locations. We will continue to look at their site while we're making purchases. I also called and spoke to agents before making my selection to held aide in my decision making process.

Quality Bath carries a very nice and extensive collection of bath accessories and has discounted pricing on most things. Depending upon which items you order, shipping times can vary greatly. There is a restocking fee if you return items and you must pay for shipping both ways if you do a return. Everything was packaged well and arrived in great condition. We're very happy with our choices and would use them again in the future.

The response time for email questions and shipping is unbelievable. I work in a customer service industry and understand the importance of this and have been highly impressed with Quality Bath.

Product came as advertised and securely shipped. I had no issues until my installer asked about a disposal flange that we inadvertently thought was to come with the sink. Called Dov right away and was explained that we were to use the existing flange with the disposal so everything was good and the install went in without a hitch.
