Great service and price. We are building a new home and this kitchen faucet was quoted at over $1000 by our builder. I was able to receive the exact same faucet - directly from manufacturer - through Quality Bath for under $600. It is beautiful - and came superbly packaged.

Our sink was delivered quickly and safely. I checked right away to make sure there were no damages. Nothing to complain about!

I havent had the faucet installed yet, but my overall experience was great.

The sales person was helpful and got my order shipped out quickly. The sink is beautiful but doesn't come with very good instructions on how to mount it. Too bad they can't send someone out to install it. That's the only thing I can think of that would have made the experience better.

Quality bath fulfilled the order quickly! Sink arrived wicked fast - like 4 days fast. Like I didn't think it could show up so fast but it did. The packing was great - the foam surrounding the sink was pretty stiff, so it sorta suctions around the sink - but just lift slowly, with your knees / not your back, and it'll come free. Not a scratch, chip, smear, or even speck of dust on it!

We were able to select the vanity that we wanted and ordering was very easy. Some technical questions about the product were quickly and accurately answered. The fast delivery from FL to PA was impressive and the driver was professional and helpful.

Everything shipped as expected. I haven't installed the products yet so I can't confirm if they have any defects yet, but overall the experience was great. I liked that the products were about 15% less than anywhere else and included free shipping. The only issue I see is delivery times ranging from 1 week to 3 week. I wanted to order an additional farm house style sink from the site, however, I needed it before the expected delivery time so our granite templates could be made.
