The quality, price and style options were awesome and I have already referred your site to a friend.

I am a 1st time customer. Purchased an Infinity Drain. Representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was prompt. Pricing better than a nearby store whose delivery time would have been longer as well. All around a great 1st experience.

I was referred to Quality Bath by my architect. Now that I am a designer, I have referred all of my clients to them because of the experience I had on my own home. The only reason I gave 4 stars on delivery versus 5 was because I chose items from Duravit that had a long lead time from factory. That said, it came exactly at the time I was told it would arrive.

I worked with Dov at Quality Bath and he answered every question clearly and promptly. After purchasing my sink I received a coupon to save 15% of my faucet which they applied immediately. When the faucet arrived from their supplier, the package had already been opened and was marked return on it. I called Dov directly and he had a new faucet shipped to me and a return shipping label so I could send the other one back. I could not have asked for better service.

Loved it! Jay was amazing, he spent time helping me select the right products. as well as calling me back to let me know to get a different product to add to my order so that my shower would be installed correctly. I was looking for an apron sink with a very specific size, because I am doing a kitchen remodel and using existing cabinets. I was able to find that product at QualityBath.com, at a competitive price. I had some questions about the product and received a quick reply and great customer service. I also love the feature that you can request when the product may ship and arrive -- that was really important with our tight remodel deadline. I was also worried about purchasing such an expensive product without seeing it first and worried that there may be some damage during shipping with such a heavy product, but my sink arrived in perfect condition and I can't wait to use it!

Amazing product, unbeatable price and insanely fast delivery!

I had been shopping for sinks for quite some time and was having trouble finding what I wanted in a price range I could afford. I found exactly what I wanted on the QualityBath website but was having some trouble getting a good grasp of what the color looked like based on what it was called. I called customer service and they explained how to see pictures of the colors, they were so friendly and took my order over the phone patiently answering all of my questions about delivery time and packaging. They were so friendly, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Everything great. Reached out initially regarding shipping times but ended up having additional questions about specs and got excellent a service and response.

Great products!. Very competitive prices. Weird that the website does NOT work every day. I understand it for people, but not for an automated response.

The first sink I order was too big so I had to cancel the order and change to the next size down in the same sink. Since the original sink was on backorder Sara was able to help me with this easily and she was very nice and helpful.

Great customer service. Needed to have a specific shipping/arrival date, and Sara was extremely helpful. We were so happy with our first experience, that when we remodeled a second bathroom, we came back to QualityBath.com.
