Does this faucet come with a hot and cold or a thermostat and a diverter?

Thanks for your inquiry regarding the Vola BK15-16. The tub filler will be thermostatic. One handle will set the temperature, and one will turn the volume on. The hand-shower will be a hot-cold mixer so that one handle will do all.
