Be careful - if you decide to cancel an order (Strassser)they will charge all sorts of fees 25% restocking, shipping fees- even if it hadn’t shipped out to you yet, they claim it has been shipped out already from Strasser to Quality Bath -which doesn’t make sense when they could just drop ship it (ship it directly to you) to help keep the cost down and pass that savings on to customers. The sales guy made it very clear that these fees are put on by Strasser and charged to Quality Bath whom then forwards the fees to the customer.
