You would need to install a support system under the sink. You can build it up with some plywood. You can use any disposal with this sink.

Q:what is the depth of the sink and what type of garbage disposal does it require.

The bowl depth is 9 1/4". The sink can accommodate any standard disposal however it will need an extended flange as the sink is very thick.
