All the water transfers to the side spray.

Purchased this product 1/19/20. Had installed by Licensed Plummer’s. Defective Diverter is what ROHL TECH SUPPORT TOLD ME. When I turn on the Faucet and try to use the Sprayer, THE FAUCET KEEPS RUNNING AND LOW PRESSURE AT SPRAYER. Rohl sent me a replacement Diverter. Same Problem. Don’t spend $1300 on a Faucet that DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY.
Water continues to flow through the faucet when using the sprayer. Rohl said it was a Diverter Problem and sent replacement. Had same Plummer’s install new Diverter SAME PROBLEM. Water should stop when using the sprayer. Paid $1,300 for a faucet that does not work properly.
