Not good
Was broken into 1 million pieces then they had the audacity to tell me to take the door off, dispose of it and they would only send me the new door but quality bath insisted that I unpack it open it up and get the serial number and send a photo which I stupidly did. I cut my hand so badly. I had to go to urgent care. I called them back and told them to forget it I would order elsewhere, it was only then that they offered to replace the whole thing. I understand that things can get broken during shipping, but to have me risk my health to go into a bunch of shards of glass so they can save a few bucks. I’m not replacing entirely is just ridiculous.
