They were great. I called about a black friday item I wanted. It was available for me to order even before black friday was here. Quality Bath had the best price and delivered fast!!!

I have ordered from Qualitybath on multiple occasions and have found them very helpful and they almost always offer the best price for high end bath fixtures. This was an absolute splurge for us and it couldn't be more beautiful and functional. QualityBath customer service was top notch too. However, I am very disappointed in the little pegs used to hold in the glass shelves! They are too small for the weight. On day 2 of having the mirror installed, the top shelf slipped, feel, and broke - shattered everywhere. Chipped the new porcelain sink too. I am going to put something sticky on the pegs to help adhere to the shelves before we load it up with our stuff. That said - it is beautiful and I am hoping my trick will work out for us.

Great price on a fabulous sink and shipping was great. Sink was well packed and came within 5 days of ordering.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had called to check how long it would take to have a farmhouse sink delivered as I needed it by a certain date for counter top installation. I was on the phone with a represtative in less than a minute and she informed me I would get in way before my deadline. She then put the order in for me right on the phone, e-mailed all of the order information and I had the sink at my house the very next day.

I had questions about the product and about my plumbing needs and they were able to assist me. My vanity showed up exactly as promised.
