I understand now that the item description has been modified to clear up any confusion about the drain location which will help others. Although the company did pay for the return shipping and gave me a full refund (which is very good), it was still a hassle to repackage it and take it to the closest FedEx shipping location, stand in line, etc. and I had to find another base quickly that I had to go pickup locally so my plumber could start on time. Probably should have offered a discount on future order, etc. but was a good start.

I purchased three different types of cabinet pulls for our new basement cabinets, for three areas (bath, craft area and bar area). Everything looks great, and they arrived rather quickly. One set of cabinet pulls arrived scratched from the supplier. I contacted Quality Bath and explained the issue, and they worked with me to get a new set, communicating to the supplier how the pulls were scratched. (shipped loosely with the screws in the same bag, so when they were packed together, the pulls were scratched from the screws. ) Quality Bath made sure the new cabinet pulls were packaged and shipped from the manufacturer so they were not scratched by the screws. Each cabinet pull was packaged separately, screws to the side, and everything looks great. They were installed this morning and I'm thrilled with everything I purchased from Quality Bath.

I shopped all around for an affordable farmhouse sink and found a great one here! Greet price because of an awesome promo day and it's beautiful. I was nervous to trust my order from this site since I had never heard of them but everything was great! Shipped fast and arrived packaged well. I called back to purchase a sink grid because I forgot to the first order and the gentleman on the phone quickly shipped one out that day for me! Good service- I would order again from here.
