As explained in review I did not find the information advertised to clearly state how narrow the opening is. And I apparently have to pay $200 to return it.

The 'stuff' they sold was terrific. They'd get 5 stars, except for who they use for delivery (On-Trac), who delivered to the wrong house in our neighborhood. After 5 days of calling On-Trac, and three days of rainy deluge, the package was 'found' at a neighbor's outside on their front step, obviously picked up from where it had first been delivered and then dropped at this (again) wrong house. We had to handle gingerly to keep all the contents from busting through the soaked cardboard..... Quality Bath was great through it all, offering to re-ship a new order, but we persevered, and love the look of the Emtek pulls/knobs.

Service was fine and timely, but two of the four wall-mounts were faulty.

We were told that Watermark would not be shipping for 4-5 weeks because they manufacture as pieces are ordered. We were surprised to receive our items the following week. We appreciated the communication and the tracking number so we could have someone home to sign for the package. We were steered to QB for the selection and pricing, but found the website professional-looking and easy to navigate. Would order from QB again.
