Quality Bath has excellent customer service and has a great selection to choose from.

A Quality bath rep was unable to provide guidance on finish color, so I took my best guess. In person, the color was way off, and very different from how it was pictured on the website. The return process is complicated and the 20% re-stocking fee for a brand new item is ridiculous. It can be difficult to purchase online sometimes, and with a return policy like that, it makes it a real gamble. I like to patronize small vendors and not shop at Amazon all the time, but I have re-thought that decision.

I typed in googled what I wanted and your store came up. So it was easy to find after looking at all that came up. I was a little nervous with delivery, but had. I choice but give it a try because the prices of everywhere in Home Depot or Lowes were too high or not the undermount fireclay ec..

I was really nervous about choosing all the options on my medicine cabinets via online ordering so I called and talked to a really nice customer service person. He helped me make decisions and emailed me the quote so I could double check all the options selected before committing to the order. When the cabinets arrived, the corner of one door was chipped. I was certain it would be a battle between the contractor/QualityBath/Robern pointing fingers at each other over who was responsible. But QualityBath handled everything for me and a new door is on its way. I had a great experience placing the order and when there was a problem they were super responsive about handling it!
