Response time was great and delivery went smoothly with third party involved because shipment had to be barged to an island. Only complication was due to alternative size panels within the SHDR 3230343 product alternatives. I thought I ordered (2) 30 x 72 glass panels and I got (1) 30 x 72 and (1) 34 x 72. No big problem really and the foul up may have been my own fault.

Quality bah was so helpful responded quickly the prices couldn't be bear. I'm so happy!

My first experience with Quality Bath was a good one. The website was easy to navigate and I will certainly be back for more great values.

I spoke with customer service to make sure I was ordering all of the required plumbing parts for the Barclay 61" Columbus tub. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tub and parts arrived quickly and damage free and are beautiful.

My order came in on time but was damage in transit, I called and spoke with a person called lea, she told me to send a photo on damage sink and within a hour called me back and told me a other sink will come to me in about 7 days. It came in and this time it was perfect, thanks to all and also lea for her help. Richard turni

Excellent customer service. I placed the order shortly after the deadline for that day. The representative said he would try. He called me at the end of the day to let me know that he wasn't able to get it on the truck. I appreciate that he called and didn't leave me wondering.

I did extensive research on farmhouse sinks for our new kitchen. They are expensive but I've wanted one for years and decided to bit the bullet and get what I really wanted. Hands down QualityBath was the very best value I could find and the product arrived quickly with no problems. I was very hesitant to order something of this size and dimension via the mail without laying my hands on it first, but I have to say I'm very pleased!
