We purchased all of our bathroom fixtures from QualityBath after our local merchant closed. Upon placing the order Josh noticed that an additional item was needed and added to the order. Great service! Excellent pricing, everything delivered on time, accurately, etc. I would definitely call them a trusted vendor.

You can call, they answer with knowledgeable information. You can order online, it works. QualityBath played a big part in the kitchen renovation and will be part of the bathrooms also.

Ordered my purchase online. Arrived when expected and with no flaws. Items are beautiful and I am happy with my new items! It was a little confusing that I had discount pricing because I signed up for contractor discounts but I couldn't apply that pricing at checkout online. Still the best pricing I could find. Thank you for delivering on the great products I had a such a hard time finding and at such a great price!

A pleasure to deal with

on the website, it appeared that I was encouraged to call and possibly receive an additional discount. I called one of the numbers and was told I would be called back in 2 minutes. 3 hours later I called a different number and got excellent service (although no additional discount)

Customer service was so friendly and helpful! I had questions about the grid and flange and the representative walked me right through them. Also, the prices were unbelievable compared to my local dealer. Love Quality Bath!

What our pros are saying

Marjorie Carlson

Marjorie Carlson Interiors

Mimi is the best account representative that I have ever had, literally. Her product knowledge is vast. She helps me manage availability and lead times - no small feat when dealing with production and freight issues during the pandemic.

Clifford Woolley

Clifford Woolley Construction Corp

Sol Schachter is the consummate sales professional. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and always there to help. I honestly never had a better person handling my transactions than Sol.

Shanti Crawford

It's more than a vendor-client relationship: Mimi is an incredible resource - she's knowledgeable, affable, efficient and goes out of her way to help us provide the best possible service to our clients. If only everyone we worked with had such high standards and was so utterly reliable - she's truly a gem.
