Quality Bath are highly professional, have great customer service and very quick to assist. The sink I wanted was not available in time for our install and they gave us a more expensive sink for the same price as my original. It arrive very quickly In perfect condition. I have to say one because I had trouble ordering the right size for my 36" base. Ordering the 36" Enclosure was a mistake and very costly too. Not happy that it doesn't come in Brass instead of silver. The wait time to get the correct Enclosure is ridiculous and is taking a month which is costing me money. Frustrating to at the least.

It's good, but your website is sometimes inaccurate and it takes a lot of time to find out correct info. Thank goodness I didn't order/plan based on it.

Quality and price of products is phenomenal. Only thing to approve on would be shipping. We received a full pallet with a tub filled with fixtures and it was delivered with a truck that didn't have a lift gate. If we didn't have a bunch of workers at the house, we wouldn't have been able to get our stuff off the truck.

The vanity was good quality. I didn't have any issues with the shipping company. The product had all the parts and there was no damage.
