Quality Bath is a great resource and I chose to make my bathtub purchase here even though I live in California. My questions were endless and they answered every single one with a smile. Dreamline uses Federal Express freight for their delivery service. They were a nightmare. They sent my shipment to the wrong address, then when I wasn't there they tried to send my shipment back to Dreamline. I got them to agree to deliver the shipment to the correct address but they wanted to charge me $150 to take it from their dock in Denver and deliver it to the correct address in Denver, but it would have been free to deliver it back to Dreamline in New Jersey. When we finally got that straightened out my shipment sat on their dock for 3 days in a row but never made it on to a truck even though every day they had a deliver time scheduled. Finally 7 business days after my shipment arrived at the Federal Express warehouse in Denver, it was delivered to me. During that process the person who I was working with at Quality Bath made countless phone calls to both Dreamline and Federal Express. She always took my calls ever though I called her 3 or 4 times a day and she was at the mercy of Fed Ex just like I was. Her customer service was over and above and I could not have done it without her help.

QualityBath customer service was marginal at best. I wasn't sure if they wanted my business or not but I was desperate to get our bathroom back so I ordered a new pump. The pump finally arrived after a few days including a weekend at least I got it. The technician I spoke with about my old unit and the new one I received was truly outstanding. Excellent in every detail.

Quality Bath helped us track down our farmhouse sink after it was correctly delivered to the cabinet shop. (The cabinet shop had misplaced it and thought it had never been delivered.) Quality Bath kept in communication with me until we found our sink. Very helpful customer service! Very much appreciated too!
