When I was shopping for this sink, I had done my homework, and read all I could on Quartz sinks and the available brands. But the last thing I did was shop for price, and more important was customer service. So I took phone in hand, and called Quality Bath, and spoke to one of the sales reps. He was extremely helpful, and even helped me with what I would need for the install. He even helped me pick out what type of connector for the disposer. I couldn't have had a better experience. The rep explained how long it would take to get it, and if there would be a delay, he would let me know. He even called the mfg, to check on a few last minute questions. He was great, and put my mind at ease.

I was looking for a new kitchen sink. Was about to finalize my order when I called to inquire about the likely shipping time. The representative I spoke with not only gave me the info, but helped me quickly reserve the 1 remaining sink that was in stock.
