I'm so glad to have found Quality Bath! What started out as a repair for a cracked shower basin turned into a full gutting of our master bath. After the sticker shock of a local high end plumbing supply company, my husband and I decided to look at online options. We were immediately drawn to Quality Bath. Their prices were at least one third of what we found at our local plumbing supply company! The website is so easy to navigate and the selections are great. I was hesitant to online shop online, but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received everything. The customer service is outstanding, too. I dealt with Jack for an issue with our tub and he resolved it quickly and efficiently. He even personally ordered my faucets to put a rush order in and they came sooner than expected. I will be sure to buy from Quality Bath for all my bath (and kitchen!) needs.

Was impressed with the representative I talked to when asking a question re the sink. He ended up taking my order over the phone which saved a step. The sink was priced about $40 cheaper than other sites advertised.

Pleasantly surprised! I ordered this tub because I loved the look. I was a drop nervous though why it was so much cheaper than similar solid surface tubs. Turns out I was worried for nothing. The material is strong and well crafted, and feels very luxurious. Perlato is an unusual value! 5 stars. Great value! Thanks

The return policy is heinous. I ordered the wrong size cutting board and basket and there is a 20% restocking fee and a mile long list of proper ways to make the return. Then it takes over a week to receive the return paperwork and the basket is no longer being sold so they will not accept my return. Ridiculous. Make sure you order the right sizes or you'll get burned.

My first purchase experience with Quality Bath was exactly what one would hope. One of the faucet sprayer heads was malfunctioning upon initial installation. We requested a replacement faucet head, which was ordered from the brand representative and immediately shipped to us at no additional charge. The replacement faucet head fixed the problem. This kind of service from an online vendor matters.

Have yet to install the sink I purchased so can not yet review the product from a position of knowledge. The shopping experience was easy. The online experience was easy and had all the information to answer my questions and my contractors as well. I would use this company again. The delivery was earlier than originally stated.

The shipping was executed as promised. They were not able to take the sink up my 32 steps (but were forthcoming about this fact), so I was able to have time to arrange for someone to take the sink up.

Staff is very accessible and responds to inquiries right away.
