Service was great - response times were prompt and didn't leave us guessing as to price/availability. I think they under-promised - didn't over-commit - realistic lead times and then we were pleasantly surprised when it actually arrived ahead of schedule. Best on-line experience with a company thus far. The product was exactly what we thought and no color or sizing surprises.

When spending this much money, I prefer to discuss it by phone. Quality Bath personnel were easy to reach and knew their products. The associate I spoke with made sure I got all available discounts. When the complete order was totaled, they even had the best price! All items arrived when promised, so I was able to keep my remodel project on schedule.
