Sink was delivered about a week after I ordered it. Amazing.

I needed a special size sink for a reno ASAP and QualityBath luckily had one in stock and sent out for next day delivery free of charge. They also called a few hours after I ordered to confirm shipment was on its way. They were so helpful, honest and professional. Refreshing!

We are a remodeling company and inquired about a customer's kitchen faucet which was purchased on closeout in 2009. The efficient and helpful customer service agent (Lea) found the original order right away, and contacted the manufacturer about the issue, then stepped in to expedite the shipping on a replacement part for the faucet. Our customer is very happy and Lea made my job that much easier in interfacing with the manufacturer of the faucet. Well done Lea and Quality Bath!

We will be buying more items from QualityBath.com. So far we bought 2 Latoscana 36" fireclay sinks. One arrived damaged, but we notified the store within 24 hours and they sent us a new sink without any trouble at all.

I am a designer and quality and style are very important to me. I feel I got the right sinks and I am looking forward to getting them installed and having fun with them. QualityBath had the best selection and pricing for these high end sinks.
