It was super easy to order and our sales guy was really responsive. Originally it was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to get to us, then we got an email saying that it would be more like 3-4 weeks. Turns out our sink arrived within a week/at about a week out from order, so it was the best surprise ever! And it was the best price we found out there, so we are super pleased with our experience.

Extremely disappointed. I finally started a remodel project and came to find that QualityBath shipped the wrong shower door on order 341527. Then, just after noon PST, all I could get on your customer service is a repeating sales message, and, am unable to even bring up an email link to your customer service.

i researched different brands. i have a farm sink and this rinsing baskets dimensions fit perfectly for the sink and my needs. i would recommend this product .. but the rubber tips on the metal legs keep falling off.
