The product arrived in perfect condition and considering it was a mirrored vanity, that was an accomplishment. The real 'star' of my order was the delivery man. I wasn't home and he called my cell concerned he was leaving the box in the best/safest location. This man is an outstanding representative of your company!

Initial shipment only had sink, not the additional grate accessory we ordered to place in the sink. Called Quality Bath and they clarified it was in a separate shipment, which arrived the next day. No issues whatsoever.
