I was a bit hesitant to order a tub online; however, the staff at QualityBath was great. The pricing was the best I'd found, they responded to my questions quickly, they contacted me to add-on additional rebates from the tub's manufacturer, they reached out to verify I wanted an extra option I'd requested because it minimized the tub's dimensions, and I was kept up to date on shipping information. My tub also came arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.
