Web site said a better price might be attained by calling. I wasted my valuable time by calling and got nothing. That said, the price was still good and starving the government of sales tax is always admirable.

It was very hard to buy certain items, because there was no description or information /photo examples.

The sales staff and customer service were amazing to work with. No pressure and hassle free. I received my faucet in an extremely timely manner and the salesman was very helpfully in picking out a soap dispenser that would best match. I recommend this company to all of my friends!
