Ordering was fast and simple. Salesperson was helpful in navigating the order. Sink arrived in perfect condition.

Enjoyed the smooth ordering process with customer service at hand. Though it was a little tricky with the west coast, east coast time difference. Looking forward to the products coming my way. Sadly, one item (an accessory) was backordered. Updates.for timing changed twice. Ultimately, it was just too long. Had to cancel the order. The communication was responsive and the refund was efficient and quick. Disappointed, but it was on the manufacturer's end.

Good experience but would have bought a kitchen faucet if I could have found the one that was pictured with the Elkay Quartz Classic 33in kitchen sink.

Label the pictures of the sinks with the color - helps me see the big picture and color better

Online system is not clear on how to submit your order how about submit or send order . I hit review order it took me back to the beginning to start over entering everything again.
