The product (so far), and purchase process was fine. However, my delivery was scheduled for a Friday. I called middle of the afternoon on Friday, and was told they were running behind. They offered me late Friday evening, or early Saturday morning. I had already taken off work on Friday to get the delivery because I was told I would be responsible for getting it off of the truck as it weighed 300lbs. Needless to say the delivery never came Saturday, and didn't it up at my house until Tuesday. The driver was friendly, and advised me that he was able to get it off the truck, and was not sure why they told me I would be responsible. I lost time off work, and my contractor came out on Saturday to do the install, but I had no shower on site.

It would be helpful if the plumbing fixture pieces necessary to finalize a bathroom could be pointed out. For instance, for a bathroom w/shower tub need sinks, faucets, tub spout, wall outlet, shower hose, shower handle, maybe wall bar or shower head holder, etc....
