Sol was fabulous. I had a 4 bathroom order with many different combinations of tub/shower, shower only and hand held shower combinations: Sol was patient and helped me order just what was needed. Sol helped me with the correct valves, faucets and made sure I got the best combination for the price. I highly recommend Sol with any plumbing needs. I will use him again

Quite simply and straight forward
All good so far. We'll have to see if everything is followed through.
The product (so far), and purchase process was fine. However, my delivery was scheduled for a Friday. I called middle of the afternoon on Friday, and was told they were running behind. They offered me late Friday evening, or early Saturday morning. I had already taken off work on Friday to get the delivery because I was told I would be responsible for getting it off of the truck as it weighed 300lbs. Needless to say the delivery never came Saturday, and didn't it up at my house until Tuesday. The driver was friendly, and advised me that he was able to get it off the truck, and was not sure why they told me I would be responsible. I lost time off work, and my contractor came out on Saturday to do the install, but I had no shower on site.
Very easy. The faucet arrived quickly.
