Product not as expected

Love the pricing and I got a good deal for what I wanted. However, the customer service is a little wanting. I had the ability to chat online with someone who took some time to answer questions and is not as user friendly as other companies. There's a disconnect with the chat service and then email clarification, which wasted more time. At the end I saved twenty dollars though for the time spent it wasn't worth it. Going forward, unless I save more than that in a bigger order I probably won't use this company. It's not work the aggravation.
