Felt pressured to quickly buy like he had too many other people waiting. Was not made aware there was a 20% restocking fee. I guess that's really my problem but was basically called stupid for not ordering the product I wanted because of wait time.

The sink that I purchased was pretty expensive, but I was willing to pay their price because they had something that you don't see in every other bathroom. It also took some time for delivery, but that was fine with me, as I was doing all of my shopping early. The actual process of the purchase was seamless. I would do business with Quality Bath again should the need arise.
