Excellent order placement and fulfillment. Unfortunately, the item was damaged in shipping. I contacted Quality Bath and Body Works, sent photos and discussed return and replacement with your firms representative. I offered to return the damaged item. The representative said that would not be necessary and a replacement item was sent and promptly received in perfect condition.
