The faucet replaced an earlier model of the same faucet which had a separate sprayer. The new model with integrated sprayer performs better than the old one (so far, only installed for a week or two).

Your site if attractive and informative, but the customer service response was non-existent. The first Chat reply was:No one is available. The second time I made a query, the response was that he/she did not know the answer. Now, I placed the order but was not informed about a shipping time...1, 2, 3 days, a week...no indication.

I placed an order for a new toilet on a Sunday, in hopes that I'd receive it in about a week, however the estimated delivery time was up to 3 weeks. I responded to their email explaining that I hope to receive it sooner due to some upcoming construction work. Rikki responded promptly, confirming that he was able to locate one from another order that is not on rush. It made a huge difference as the order is already on its way from the East to the West Coast and about to arrive on time. Thank you Rikki for such a great service, highly appreciated!
