there was a lot of confusion about when the order would arrive. at first i was told there was a delay on the order. Then, i was told the delay would be much longer than i was first told. Then, i got a notice that the order would be arriving before the second delay date (from the shipping company, not from quality bath). Then, it just arrived. So, i'm happy that it arrived. But, not so happy with the communication about the shipment.

The faucet replaced an earlier model of the same faucet which had a separate sprayer. The new model with integrated sprayer performs better than the old one (so far, only installed for a week or two).
