did not see that the sink drain was a separate purchase until I got my sink... so now I had to pay $10 for shipping. Would have been nice if I got a pop up asking if I needed it.

My overall experience with Quality Bath was excellent. My order was delivered on time, and the order was correct. Quality Bath's warranty department was very helpful in contacting the manufacturer to replace a defective cold water valve and gasket. I would definitely work with Quality Bath again in the future.
