Customer service was amazing and helpful when FedEx changed my shipping status with an exception. I didnt ubsedtabd what was going on and thought it was an error on my ene cause no one was calling me from the shipping company. Contacted customer service and they reassured me it wasnt on my end and they reached out to the shipping company and told them I was expecting their call.
