Overall, very satisfied. I had 2 issues: The first issue I had is that the timeframe to return defective items is very short. I had to order my drawer pulls early so that they could be available for the cabinet company to install. I had to open all the items (difficult to do a good inspection through plastic) to inspect within 7 days. The good part was that I was able to obtain replacements in time, however, some minor defects were missed during the final installation. I should have opened every single package - but then I risked losing some of the hardware. 2nd issue: Although their website does clearly state when they are closed, I placed an online order during a prolonged closure and didn't realize it would not be processed for almost a week. Luckily, I received my items in time. I recommend that if you place an order during a closure, verify when they will reopen for processing before you place the order. They have very competitive pricing and customer service was outstanding. I will definitely plan to use them again.
