Great customer service

When we were searching for a replacement Hansgrophe shower hose for our relatively recent bathroom remodel (3 years), we found hoses available online in several different shops. I chose QualityBath because of the availability of this product, as well as the great price. The site is easy to navigate and checkout was similarly problem-free. I ended up ordered two hoses as a future back-up and these hoses arrived in new, as-described condition. Shipping time was not speedy, but that wasn't an issue for us. I plan to return to QualityBath in the future should the need arise. Highly recommend QualityBath.

Ordered items that were urgently needed, Quality Bath decided they might be fraudulently ordered, did not try and put through the credit card charge. Left a message on an unmonitored VM, did not send an email to the email on the order. Just let the order sit, and sit, and sit. When I called, was told a VM was left, not that anyone received a VM, and the unmonitored VM was checked, no message. As everyone that has ever tried to use a credit card over a certain amount at a new vendor knows, you get a text about the charge from the credit card company/bank. Quality Bath, put the charge through, if it comes back it is fraudulent. If you put the charge through and give it a few days and it doesn't get denied, place the order. Originally thought the boss was crazy when he wouldn't use Quality Bath, I now understand why, won't be ordering either. Pushed our project timeline back by six weeks because of the level of customer service.

Got the faucet in about 2 days. Smooth purchase process.
