I had a few issues with the shipping. Probably due to Covid-19. But there was miscommunication. I received a message that is was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. Contacted the freight company and they said it was sent back. Then when I needed to contact Quality Bath they were closed for a whole week due to a Jewish Holiday. So these setbacks just put more work on my plate to make a lot of phone calls. (I design and project manage many remodels). But in the end, the customer service was very easy to work with.
