Easy to find what I was looking for and the best price I could find on the web.

will consider your company for future faucet purchases

Easy to manage the order process. Sink arrived in a timely manner.

Baltazar R.|July 19, 2020

thank you for the picture and explanation of the virtual spout. the MTI website does not provide information on this. Very disappointed the Large Vented Access Panel was not disclosed prior to order. This eyesore is now front and center in our oceanfront view tub. We will now need to compromise space and aesthetics to overcome this flaw. Please update your site and educate your sales force to insure this is not a SURPRISE to future purchasers.

was hoping for a quick answer as to estimated time of delivery. I'm hoping that next business day from NJ means that I will get this faucet soon being that my present faucet is broken

Mimi is the best account representative that I have ever had, literally. Her product knowledge is vast. She helps me manage availability and lead times - no small feat when dealing with production and freight issues during the pandemic.

It's more than a vendor-client relationship: Mimi is an incredible resource - she's knowledgeable, affable, efficient and goes out of her way to help us provide the best possible service to our clients. If only everyone we worked with had such high standards and was so utterly reliable - she's truly a gem.
