thank you for the picture and explanation of the virtual spout. the MTI website does not provide information on this. Very disappointed the Large Vented Access Panel was not disclosed prior to order. This eyesore is now front and center in our oceanfront view tub. We will now need to compromise space and aesthetics to overcome this flaw. Please update your site and educate your sales force to insure this is not a SURPRISE to future purchasers.
