Very positive experience.

Took a long time from order to delivery. Said it was in stock but I suspect it was not. Fixed my problem after it finally arrived so I am happy. Plus I had 2 sinks. Remodelers will likely complain of slow delivery.

While my chats were answered at times it is better to be able to speak with someone. I tried but was unsuccessful.

QualityBath was fine. The shipper was atrocious! Missed two deliveries, one because they forgot to load on the truck. Came on a palette that was ripped apart and the outside cardboard was dangling loose. You should change shippers it will improve your overall customer satisfaction
