Quality Bath offered great customer service by helping me select products for my bathroom renovation. The selection at Quality bath was on trend and the prices favorable to other sites. I was told exactly when products would be arriving--which was exteremely helpful. Shipping was fast. My only gripe about ordering on-line is not with Quality Bath but with UPS. I got a call two days before delivery saying what day the vanities would arrive and a time frame between 8:00AM-8:00PM. The vanities were dropped off but I did not know it. The top of my drive is 100 ft. from the house and the vanities could have been taken. Given what the UPS is going through, I forgive them. :)

Our glass shower wall arrived in a timely fashion. The driver was very pleasant and helpful in checking the condition of the glass upon arrival. ( It was packed very well and arrived undamaged) We have not had time to install, but hope to in the next few weeks.
