I love love qualitybath! Whenever I called, waiting holds for customer service were SUPER SHORT; in fact, I think of the 4 times I called, 3 times I was quickly sent to a representative without holding and only once did I hold for maybe 4-5minutes. The reps were kind, helpful, and clear about where and what was going on with my package. The only thing that the company could improve is proving the customers with an online tool that they can use to track the shipping of their package: this would keep me from calling the many times I did. This isn't a huge issue, but would make for peace of mind in the customer. But still, quality bath has excellent customer service, prices, and great stock. Fully satisfied.
