Was prompt to, but a little slow at responding, do to overwhelming orders hmmmmm, I'm not sure thousands if not millions of houses are being built with rear flushing toilets, I'ts just not common.. but Josh was very helpful and prompt with helping me get thy right fixture thank you Josh..

I had to call customer service to confirm. The shipping date. You cannot expect a client to place an order without knowing when it will ship. Customer service did confirm that it was in your warehouse, would ship tomorrow and I should receive it in Miami within a week.
